Owen Mulholland has been cycling’s scribe and storyteller for more than thirty years. His first article about cycling was published in International Sports in 1972. In 1975, he was the first American cycling journalist to ride in the Tour de France press caravan. Since then his writing has appeared in numerous American and foreign magazines and books. Though his journalistic efforts cover all of cycling from race coverage to bios to technical articles, Mulholland is renowned for his meticulous yet entertaining writing on cycling’s grand history.
