Biomechanics, Mobility and Running

I’ve covered triathlon for the likes of Triathlete Magazine and Inside Triathlon since 1996. I’m convinced by what I’ve learned in the past two years on the subject of midline stability that biomechanics, posture and position are areas that a runner or a triathlete can make huge gains in performance and injury prevention. The story I wrote for Inside Triathlon channeled the current thinking of Kelly Starrett and Carl Paoli.
