Fixing the Feet Bonus

As I discussed last week, one on my big projects has been to apply some of the fixes to the way I land with my feet that I’ve learned from Brian MacKenzie of CrossFit Endurance.

Just came across another drill to help with this, one taught by Pose Method coach, Valerie Hunt, of Fit and Fearless CrossFit in Austin, Texas.
