
We made a mistake in Hansons First Marathon!
We’re sorry and we’re going to fix it. We have several pairs of eyes on our books during the editing and production process, but the occasional error still makes it through to the printing press.
The Error: In the first printing of the printed book, Week 8 of the Advanced First Timer Training Plan (p. 126) shows a speed workout of 2 x 3 mi., which is incorrect. The workout should be a 10 mile long run.
How We Will Fix It: This error will be fixed in the next reprint. See below for the correct p. 126.
